MTN Chevy Raffle information and restrictions 

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Federal and state laws restrict the online sale of MTN Chevy Raffle tickets to only those state or local residents who specifically meet the requirements as set forth in the applicable statutes and regulations. MTN Chevy Raffle online tickets are only permitted for purchase to individuals within Montana.   

No other cash option for, or substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize is permitted. 

I.R.S. paperwork required from all MTN Chevy Raffle winners of prizes $5,000 and above. MTN Chevy Raffle winners of prizes $5,000 and above are subject to tax collection as specified by the I.R.S. guidelines.  Vehicle color may vary.  Vehicle must be titled in the US.  

MTN Chevy Raffle prizes must be claimed within 90 days of drawing.  After 90 days, a new prize winner will be drawn from the existing cache of tickets sold. 

Special Olympics Montana employees and/or their immediate household are not eligible to win any prize of the MTN Chevy Raffle.  

Special Olympics Montana does not currently allow MTN Chevy Raffle ticket purchases to be made by any person outside the scope of the applicable statutes, regulations, terms and conditions. Special Olympics Montana does not allow any illegal participation in a MTN Chevy raffle. 

No portion of the MTN Chevy Raffle ticket price may be deducted as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. 

All ticket sales benefit Special Olympics Montana.
