Healthy Athletes at State Summer Games in Billings!

The Healthy Athletes event at the 2026 State Summer Games is coming to MetraPark Expo Center in Billings on May 14 from 6:00–8:30 p.m. Athletes are invited to stop by for an evening focused on health, wellness, and performance, all while having fun and learning new ways to stay game-ready.

Athletes will have the chance to participate in several Healthy Athletes disciplines, including Special Smiles, Fit Feet, Healthy Hearing, and Performance Stations. Each station is designed to help athletes feel their best both on and off the field of play.

With Special Smiles, athletes can receive oral health education and tips on proper brushing and flossing techniques.

Fit Feet focuses on keeping athletes comfortable and moving confidently. Volunteer foot specialists will provide screenings to evaluate foot and ankle health and proper shoe and sock fit. Athletes can learn how the right footwear can improve comfort, support, and sports performance.

Healthy Hearing gives athletes access to hearing screenings and other hearing-related services. The program helps athletes better understand their hearing health and encourages regular screenings and follow-up care when needed.

Lastly, athletes can also check out the Performance Stations, where they’ll discover exercises, stretches, and wellness tips designed to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall athletic performance.

Healthy Athletes is more than just screenings. It’s an opportunity for athletes to learn, connect, and celebrate healthy living in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether athletes are preparing for competition or simply looking to take care of their health, there’s something for everyone at this year’s Healthy Athletes event.
