The Hot Pursuit 5K is a Law Enforcement Torch Run® (LETR) event that brings together law enforcement, first responders, and community members for a high-energy race with purpose. Designed for all levels, the event features chip timing for competitive runners while welcoming joggers and walkers alike—no matter your pace, you belong at the starting line. More than a race, Hot Pursuit is an opportunity to connect, build relationships, and strengthen the communities we serve, all while supporting Special Olympics Montana athletes. Every step helps promote inclusion, respect, and opportunity for more than 3,500 athletes across Montana.
Animal Participation Guidelines:
For health and safety reasons, animals are not allowed at Special Olympics Montana’s (SOMT) trainings, competitive settings, special events, and indoor sponsored events unless they are a trained and working service animal.
